GAS, GAS, GAS!
Well folks, it seems that some have forgotten the simple laws of Supply and Demand, again. With the refineries having to switch brews and having to eliminate the MTBEs, there is going to be a shortage. Especially when they have to purge the storage tanks and then certify that all the now-banned additives are gone. Come on folks, the refineries have to operate at 100% in order to supply the amount of fuel that we consume. If they have to reduce production, that causes a shortage. If you want to ensure that there is no shortage, then here is what you do. Lobby your Congress critter to eliminate the various blends used, lobby to have more refining capability built, and to allow the exploration of domestic sources (i.e. ANWRR).
